a walk n talk is just what it sounds like, we walk & we talk! it's one of the simplest, yet most effective, forms of exercise for the body, the mind, as well as the spirit.

Ohiopyle OPEN TABLE Sunday Dinners!
We believe a meal made with love is meant to be enjoyed by good people with full hearts. so, we invite you to join on the 2nd Sunday of each month for a warm meal & good times, Labor Day - Memorial Day @ the Ohiopyle Community Center. ALL ARE WELCOME, because there is always room for one more at Sunday Dinner.
this meal is FREE OF CHARGE & OPEN TO ALL, but as always donations of gratitude, volunteering, barter/trades, materials, and of course monies are kindly accepted and greatly appreciated .. but never required!
today's world can leave us feeling discouraged and often times, alone. Now more than ever, it is of the utmost importance to come together in spreading kindness & friendship... our world is beautiful and full of love, we just need to be reminded of that.

THE ARTISTS WAY, by julia cameron
the artists way highlights a path to rediscovering your passions and taking the steps you need to change your life. in this 12 week course to self love, julia cameron embraces the belief that an artist lies in each and every one of us. she invites us to embark on a creative journey and find a deeper connection to purpose. the artists way guides it's readers in uncovering problem areas that may be restricting their creative flow and offers techniques to free up any areas where they might be stuck, opening up opportunities for self-growth and self-discovery.
this course will be conducted as a small group instruction, or as julia cameron titles it, "a creative cluster." each week we will read one chapter and complete activities and then meet to discuss & reflect on what was revealed. meetings can be attended either in-person or virtually, and there are NO HOMEWORK CHECKS! if you don't like an activity, don't do it. if your week has been a complete clusterf*ck, sit out that week. it's no biggie, i believe that any forward movement is progress and that we should all be a little kinder to ourselves.

this shack course is led by myself, Julia Joseph and at no cost. however, the text The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron will be needed to participate. below is a link to purchase online($12.94), or you may be able to find it at your local library!
NOTE: weekly meeting time for the creative cluster discussion will be determined once we have our cluster!
