The Ohiopyle Wellness Shack,

hello again, i'm so happy that you managed to find me... julia, julie, juls, jewel, jj, aunt jul, aunt ju ju, bob,  julbull, juliagulia, gypsyjulia, or any other name that you may know me by; i am happy you are here now. 

i am simply an adventurous soul striving to live an authentic life. i believe that to truly live is the rarest thing in this world and that most spend their lives just merely existing.  i advocate for living a simple life, one filled with small everyday joys and lots of love. personally, i dream of days spent creating my art & turtle puttzin my way through each day; open to wherever i may be led and excited for all the tiny adventures around every bend awaiting me.  i am a creator, a dreamer, an artist, a designer, an owner of businesses, an investor in people, a community member, a volunteer, an organizer, a deep lover of nature, a healer, a counselor, a designer of sacred spaces, & much, much, more. as you can see, our paths could have crossed in a beautiful myriad of ways.

  gratitude is why i do what i do. i am eternally grateful for the traumatic trek through the vast mountain ranges i have had to conquer in my lifetime, and even more so for the serenity that i have since found from learning to choose life's valleys of surrender as well. while i am certified in health coaching, nutrition, chronic disease, brain health, & many other alternative holistic therapies;  i have learned the most valuable of teachings from the school of hard knocks. it is through first-hand experience from years of chronic illness, countless surgeries, & my many many long roads of healing that i have paved my own path to personal health&wellness.   i have always been an extremely curious person and contrary to what i have been told, curiosity does NOT kill the cat! haha, i am still here.  i just simply love to learn and i pray that my thirst for knowledge never wanes, for i wish to learn something new every day that i am blessed to have in this lifetime. my quest in the education of healing for myself has led me to a wealth of personal knowledge, and if my story can be of help to anyone, then i am more than willing to share it. i have had my share of dark days, but it was in that darkness i was able to find my strength & sovereignty. for that, i am truly grateful.
